A SeatForAll Community Program

CareForAll

Sometimes you just need an extra set of hands.

CareForAll connects people with disabilities in the Atlanta area with volunteers who can help with everyday tasks that may be difficult to manage alone.

CareForAll is a free community program from SeatForAll.

What can we help with?

Friendship & social visits

Light help with objects

Organizing items, moving boxes or household objects, and light lifting of objects.

Simple outdoor help

Basic yardwork, washing a vehicle, and similar simple tasks.

How CareForAll works

Tell us what you need.

Complete a short request form yourself, or have someone submit one on your behalf.

We’ll reach out.

We’ll learn a little more about what would be helpful and when.

We match the need with available help.

As volunteers and availability allow, we’ll coordinate a time to assist.

There is no charge for CareForAll assistance.

Know someone who could use a little help?

CareForAll welcomes referrals from disability organizations, healthcare and community organizations, schools, social workers, nonprofits, businesses and others who work with people with disabilities.

If someone you serve could benefit from practical help at home or in everyday life, we want to hear from you.

Interested in supporting CareForAll through volunteers, supplies, sponsorship or another partnership?

Want to help?

CareForAll is powered by people willing to give some of their time to help meet practical needs in their community.

Volunteer opportunities vary based on community requests and may include household help, outdoor tasks and other everyday assistance.

All volunteers complete a waiver before being matched. View the waiver

A quick note about CareForAll

CareForAll provides non-medical, volunteer assistance with everyday tasks. We do not provide medical care, personal care, emergency services, skilled home repair or other services that require professional licensing.

Requests are reviewed individually based on safety, volunteer availability and the type of assistance needed.

Volunteer Safety Comes First

Every CareForAll request is reviewed with volunteer safety in mind. Volunteers always have the right to decline an assignment or leave a situation that feels unsafe.

Read Our Volunteer Safety Policy

No request is more important than getting our volunteers home safely.
